Vintage Wicker Bunny Purse

Rare 1950's era woven animal purse. This sweet little bunny is a hard vintage piece to find! These wicker animal purses were often manufactured in Japan or Hong Kong during the 50's and 60's.

This bunny rabbit is in decent condition, pre loved. There are spots of broken wicker on the lower basket, and it's misshaped; not perfectly round. There is also some colorful residue on the inside of the purse - maybe from holding crayons? It has the original button (held by a twist tie) and string closure. Unmarked.
